VaultAgents ("we", "us") is operated by Guy Leon, founder of Guac Digital, Inc. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, billing details (if you buy the workshop), and anything you share in workshop interactions or emails.
- Automatic data: standard web analytics (page views, device type, country) via Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4. We do not sell this data.
- Cookies: only essential cookies for the site to function and analytics cookies you can opt out of.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the products and workshops you bought.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, replay links, course materials).
- To send occasional updates about new content and workshops, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
- To improve the site and content based on aggregated analytics.
3. Sharing
We share data only with vendors we need to operate (Stripe for payments, Beehiiv for newsletters, Cloudflare for hosting, Zoom for workshop delivery). They process data on our instructions and do not sell it.
4. Your rights
- You can request a copy of the data we hold on you.
- You can request deletion at any time. Email [email protected].
- If you're in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights including erasure, portability, and objection to processing.
- If you're in California, you have CCPA rights including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" (we don't sell data anyway).
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage). No system is 100% secure. We notify affected users without undue delay if a breach occurs.
6. Children
VaultAgents is for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here and update the date at the top. For material changes, we'll email registered users.
